Social Media Manager

WAFFTI is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence, build community engagement, and position WAFFTI as a leading modern booking platform. The ideal candidate understands internet culture, trends, storytelling, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage WAFFTI's social media platforms daily
  • Plan and schedule content calendars
  • Grow engagement, reach, and followers organically
  • Develop creative campaigns and social media concepts
  • Write captions, hooks, and short-form copy
  • Monitor trends and adapt content quickly
  • Engage with the community through comments and messages
  • Work closely with the content creator and partnerships team
  • Track performance analytics and growth metrics
  • Help shape WAFFTI's digital brand voice

Requirements

  • Experience managing brand social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to identify trends early
  • Creative thinker with strong execution ability
  • Basic graphic design knowledge is an added advantage
  • Experience using scheduling and analytics tools is a plus

Content Creator

WAFFTI is seeking a highly creative Content Creator to produce premium, engaging, and modern content for our social platforms and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who already has access to professional or semi-professional content creation equipment and can independently handle production.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality photo and video content for WAFFTI
  • Produce reels, short-form videos, interviews, walkthroughs, and promotional content
  • Cover spaces, events, activations, and brand experiences
  • Edit and deliver polished content optimized for social media
  • Collaborate on campaign ideas and storytelling concepts
  • Capture content for marketing campaigns and partnerships
  • Maintain a modern, premium, and consistent visual style

Requirements

  • Must have access to own content creation equipment (camera, lighting, microphone, stabilizer, etc.)
  • Strong photography and videography skills
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Ability to create engaging short-form content
  • Understanding of social media trends and storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience creating content for brands is an added advantage

Preferred

  • Motion graphics or animation skills
  • Experience covering lifestyle, hospitality, tech, or events brands

Partnerships Executive

WAFFTI is looking for a proactive Partnerships Executive to support partnership growth, onboarding, outreach, and relationship management as we expand our network of spaces and business collaborations. This role will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to execute daily partnership operations and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of new partners onto WAFFTI
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups
  • Maintain partnership databases and pipeline tracking
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and partnership documents
  • Coordinate partnership campaigns and activations
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Support business development initiatives and collaborations

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
